Brilliant service from H&B and Mark! A small tile had broke on our roof causing water damage to the loft. From calling over 5 other local firms, it seemed that no one was interested in a small job due to existing bigger projects. Broadened the search to Nuneaton and came across Mark. Right away he was willing to help, gave me a rough price and was happy to get it sorted within a 2 days. Mark then followed up the following day to come over sooner and did the job for us at no additional cost which is amazing especially in this current financial climate. I contacted H&B because I had a leak from the flat roof over my bathroom, I found Mark very informative and honest about what was needed at the time.
I could have just had the roof patched up but after discussions with Mark realized this would have been a false economy and had the whole roof re-felted.
I have been so pleased with the quality of the work and the manner in which I was dealt with that I have subsequently had a large kitchen extension completed by H&B which has a tiled roof including skylights.
I have received a 10 year guarantee for both roofs. :) x
After receiving good word from a relative about Marks work, I contacted him to come and look at my leaky roof. He was on time and fixed the issue. I also spoke to Mark about extending my utility room and he talked me through what would need to be done. If I do go ahead with the works I would ask Mark to undertake the works.
